Dear Guests: This 3-room apartment near the beach, equipped with Wi-Fi, is ideal for families, seniors, or people with allergies; its cozy furnishings ensure a carefree vacation on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
Amenities
The cozy 3-roomapartment offers all-around comfortable amenities for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and a matching armchair. A large TV and stereo system provide excellent multimedia entertainment. The adjacent dining area seats 4 guests.
From the living area, you can step out onto the small, furnished southeast-facing balcony.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and much more. A matching dining table rounds out the package.
There are two separate bedrooms. The larger bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200m) and a closet for your clothes.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200m) and a closet.
The brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
Special Features
Smoking in this apartment is permitted exclusively on the balcony. A travel crib and a high chair are available for rent from us for a fee, if needed. Bicycles
In the entrance area in front of the apartment, to the right of the path, there are two bicycle racks recessed into the ground, for locking up bicycles. You’re welcome to use them.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
