A cozy and well-maintained 3-room ground-floor apartment with Wi-Fi for a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea near the beach.

In this 3-roomapartment, you’ll stay on the first floor in a 65-square-meter living space that accommodates up to 4 people.
The living area features a comfortable sofa corner, satellite TV, and a stereo system.
The adjoining built-in kitchen with a dishwasher is fully equipped for cooking. Four guests can comfortably dine at the dining table or simply sit together.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large closet, and its own TV, as well as a guest/children’s room with a bunk bed (each 80 x 200 cm) and a dresser.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The terrace, complete with patio furniture and an awning, rounds out the amenities. The view of the greenery invites you to linger here.

This non-smoking apartment is designed to be particularly senior-friendly. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s Tax – the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The visitor’s tax applies to all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
