In this lovingly furnished 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation with up to 5 guests in approximately 68 square meters of space.
The living area, equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player, provides access to both furnished balconies (northeast and northwest). The comfortable sofa area provides the relaxation you need on vacation.
The open-concept kitchen allows you to fully prepare your own meals and enjoy them together at the cozy dining area. Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
While the master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and satellite TV, the guest/children’s room has a sleeper sofa and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms also feature a closet for your vacation wardrobe.
Of course, the vacation rental also includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and designed to be child- and senior-friendly. A travel crib with a matching mattress and two high chairs are available free of charge for our young guests. The building’s elevator provides convenient access to the apartment and the basement.

Bicycles
There is a communal bicycle storage room in the building (with limited space). Bicycles and similar items can be stored safely here. The bicycle storage room is accessible via a staircase on the side of the building.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
