About this apartment rental
Come in and make yourself at home; this comfortable 3-room apartment is ideal for families, seniors, or people with allergies; the cozy furnishings ensure a carefree vacation on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
Amenities
The modernly furnished 3-roomapartment on the 1st floor offers 65 square meters of living space and is fully equipped with every comfort for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and a matching armchair. A large TV and stereo system provide excellent multimedia entertainment. The adjacent dining area seats 4 people.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished southeast-facing balcony.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and much more.
There are two separate bedrooms. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200m) and a closet for your clothes. The guest/children’s room features a single bed (80x200m) and a closet. The bed can be pulled out if needed, creating an additional sleeping space. The extra TV is another plus here.
The brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
Special Features
Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony in this non-smoking apartment. A travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair for our youngest guests are available here free of charge.

Barbecue: According to the house rules, charcoal grilling is not permitted on this property (electric grills may be brought and used with consideration for other residents)

There is a lockable storage shed belonging to the apartment on the property. Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here. There are also bicycle racks at the house.
Inside this shed, you’ll find a handcart available for free use—a popular extra, especially for families with children.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear Guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
