Spread over two floors, this bright 4-roomvacation apartment—spanning 68 square meters of living space—with three bedrooms, a living and dining area, and a bathroom. The optimal floor plan creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
In the living area on the first level, comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV (Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+) invite you to spend relaxing hours there. Direct access to the southwest-facing balcony with patio furniture offers a wonderful Baltic Sea vibe.
The open kitchen with an adjacent dining area features a variety of appliances that make meal preparation easy. Of course, there is plenty of matching tableware, silverware, and pots and pans available.
In the guest/children’s room, also on this level, you’ll find two single beds and a closet for your vacation clothes.
The modern and spacious shower room features two sinks and a wonderful rain shower. The toilet is a separate compartment within the bathroom and features a window.
From the living-dining room, a staircase leads to the second living level, the top floor. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. In addition, one bedroom features a two-door wardrobe and a second satellite TV. The other bedroom has a one-door wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe.

This non-smoking apartment on the first floor is accessible via an outdoor staircase. In the building’s basement, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for our guests’ general use. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use in the apartment.

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved outdoor parking space near the entrance
Barbecue: According to the house rules, charcoal grilling is not permitted on this property (electric grills may be brought and used with consideration for other residents)

Bicycles
There is a shared basement in the building with a laundry room, accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. There is also a power outlet here, e.g., for charging e-bikes.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price applies to occupancy by up to four guests, including utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
