Great location in between Umeda & Dotonburi. The area is quiet and has some great coffee shops, bakeries, and even shops surrounding it. Hotel was super clean and room was quite large for Japan standards. Really nice bathrooms! Hotel bar & restaurant was also a decent place to have a drink and a bite to eat. Excellent value for money!
Laundry services, but no washing machines/dryers like other hotels. Water pressure on the shower was very low!

It was ok, the staff were very nice
This hotel was not worth the price we paid. It was very busy, it felt like a mid to low end business hotel
