We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. We booked a connecting room for four people, which was a great solution: each couple had their own separate space with a connecting door and a private bathroom. The room was functional, clean, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the extra amenities available at reception, where we could help ourselves to coffee, tea, and toiletries. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the metro station, with a river and a convenience store just around the corner. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a convenient location!
The check-in time was enforced very strictly. We arrived at 2:45 p.m., just 15 minutes before check-in officially opened at 3 p.m., but had to wait until exactly 3 p.m. to check in. It would have been nice to have a little more flexibility, especially if the room was already ready. Quite small room if you have 2 big luggages (no wardrobe).

The hotel was modern and well kept. Check in was a little all over the place, but otherwise staff were accommodating!
Housekeeping came daily, but changed towels only. Beds were not made or changed our 5 day stay. The laundry room was always busy, with folk leaving their laundry for hours. Never had opportunity to do laundry here (despite trying at times like midnight and 6am!) - side note, there’s a fantastic laundry place 8mins from the hotel. DIY, costs $7 USD and takes 1 hour only.
