Everything! The best hotel we stayed in Japan during our trip.
The room was large, spacious, modern and very clean. The most comfy bed and pillows all trip.
The service from all members of staff we encountered was exceptionally good and set the bar for the trip.
The breakfast gave variety in options.
There wasn’t anything.

Rooms were clean.
2 washing machines for the entire building.. couldn’t even wash my clothes for 24 hours and told to visit a local laundromat.. (not impressed)
