Good location. Easy to get metro and areas of interest. Good to have a shuttle bus to and from the main station.

Great location for us. We chose a premium river view room which gave us access to the lounge. Lounge offers complimentary drinks and snacks which we had not expected.
We had a beautiful spacious room, lovely view.
Property was immaculately clean and provided many supplementary bathroom items.
Breakfast.
We have travelled many hotels in the world and we would rate this the least desirable for selection. If you enjoy a simple traditional Japanese breakfast then it will be fine and likely enjoyable.
Most international travellers we spoke to here were also disappointed.

Lounge access was a real win. Staff were very helpful with all enquiries. Quiet but close to everything. You'll use Higobashi station a lot. We stayed on 14th floor river view room

Location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the service at the hotel restaurant.
I visited the restaurant on August 21, 2026, at around 9:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the waitresses wearing the waiter-style uniforms were rude and unfriendly toward me. I would like to clarify that I am not referring to the lady wearing the kimono, who was very friendly and polite.
I felt very uncomfortable during my visit because of the way I was treated. I hope the manager can check which staff members were working at the restaurant at that time and address this issue appropriately.
I am sorry to say that, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this hotel restaurant. The behavior I experienced was disappointing and, in my opinion, did not reflect the standard of service expected from a hotel.
I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely hope the hotel will take it seriously and improve the experience for future guests.
