Clean, lovely staff, location worked for us. Will come back here. They even held a package for me that was urgently shipped. Thank you to the staff!
Nothing at all. Rooms are small all over Japan and it does not bother us. Staff was always nice and we are not picky. Not that that this place needs to be criticized.

Location, staff, food, service.
Very little space in the rooms for 5 people, next time I will request a larger space
