Staff very helpful
Toilet was too small, when you opened door it sometimes caught the toilet seat as it raised automatically. Was difficult to get in and out
Location not brilliant for metro access
Reception often a bit chaotic as full of forwarded luggage - needs a separate area

The rooftop pools
Added room service fees, big bird poo on window and aircon vent was loud
