There was no breakfast
For the price the bed was a little rough, but overall the room was very spacious and the facilities were exceptionally clean

Lovely room with enough space for us and well set up. It was excellent having a laundry and we enjoyed the bar very much.
Very small things but we would have loved it if the gym had free weights and the coffee machine had done lattes!

It was very comfortable and clean. Great bar and laundry facilities
Just a little far from the tourist spots

The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making every stay feel special and memorable. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located near Umeda and Kitashinchi.
Better lighting around the bathroom mirror would be a wonderful touch, and adding a leg-focused weight training machine to the gym would be a great improvement.
