A very good sized family room and the added bonus of view over the city walls and York Minster and a short distance to the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff and our dog was welcome in most areas of the hotel, which made the whole trip much easier and more relaxing.

I didn’t have breakfast as friends also staying said it was poor. And overpriced. Also lack of service
Would have preferred to have stayed in the hotel, not in a room at the back of the car park
