The best location for exploring york. Clean and comfortable room. It was a cold and rainy weekend but was warm and cosy in the room. Breakfast was georgeous with anything you would want. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast which was yummy on a cold morning. My only suggestion would be to have sackets of hot chocolate in the room because i do not like tea and coffee and would have been great to have the option.
No sackets of hot chocolate in room would love this as do not like tea and coffee. Cannot complain about anything else.

Being on the front was very noisy even with the window closed. Could do with better sound proofing

Great location
It didn’t have the level of fit and finish I would expect from a prestigious name such as Hilton
