The staff were very nice, ready to help and very friendly. The room was nice and big enough for all of the family to stay in as we wanted to stay together. Bathroom was very clean. At Breakfast there was variety of things to have and quick to serve. Staff were very attentive.

all great with the room except there were bed linens strewn over the annex (where I was staying) lobby floor all day. Room lovely though.
The dining room needs upgrading. The tables would benefit from tablecloths and nicer diner chairs and the fake plants around the atrium skylight need to go - they looked obviously fake and cheapened the room. The lighting also needs to be addressed to make the room cosier and more upmarket. The food - Sunday roast was great but the plates and silverware were also cheap and not thoughtfully designed.

Staines on blanket and duvet covers, mould in bathroom. INCREDIBLY LOUD - struggled getting to sleep and got woken up early as the sounds travel like crazy and could hear every single footstep taken above us or outside our room. £20 to park in the carpark tops it off as well.
