The room was well positioned facing Loch Lomond presenting a wonderful view from the balcony,the room was very comfortable with everything you could need.The breakfast menu had everything you could want hot from the kitchen and a good selection from the cold buffet.
A lack of a door on the bathroom meaning there was no privacy for us having a mix of adults and teenage children.

The views are exceptional, the breakfast was great and tasty, the room was well designed, with a comfortable bed and all usual amenities.
The bathtub region did not have any covering or vent so after a shower the entire room would get humid. There was no temperature control in the room. Additionally, we should’ve had access to the spa without extra treatments. Lastly, if you are located in a rainy legion the balcony should have an option to be covered so it would still be usable in a drizzle.

The view was amazing, the setting was beautiful, the staff at the hotel were excellent. The room was cozy warm and very clean and comfortable.
The food was mediocre at best. Breakfast was order at the table but was pre cooked and not very good or hot, we were down quite early . It would have been better as a buffet so we could pick n choose especially if it is all pre cooked. Egg was rubbery black pudding was so overcooked it was like cardboard. Such a shame in such a beautiful place. The wedding food was not much better the only thing edible on the plate was the 1 slice of meat. I realise that it is difficult to feed that many but at the price point I would have expected better. Still cannot fault any of the staff .

The rooms were good sized for what we came to expect in Europe and they were clean. And I will say that the restaurant staff was not very helpful not very accommodating and the food was so so and very much overpriced for what it was.
I didn't like that everything seemed like it closed pretty early. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a joke. Just wasn't very well done.
