Brilliant staff, everyone was so helpful and very child friendly, food was great, breakfast was great, location was brilliant for the hydro, short walk to the science centre and lots of other things, hair drier was really good, room had a small fridge which was helpful, the housekeeping staff were brilliant, we didn’t need our room serviced but they always made sure we had enough tea bags etc, just a 10/10 stay for me and my son thank you
Nothing, it was fab

Cleanliness
Broken Sofa cum bed meant for sleeping 2 persons. The hotel failed to repair the bed. To my surprise, the hotel was unable to provide even a mattress or blanket which could be used to let our kids sleep on floor (staff told us that they didn’t have spare mattress or blankets)
