The room was very spacious and housekeeping had left it spotless for my arrival. Linens and towels were excellent too. In-room tea and coffee tray was good, and the biscuits were fresh and delicious. TV channels were okay but selection was limited. However that was adequate.
Two disappointments: On arrival at noon (I was early) I was told that the room would be ready by 1.30, which was a good improvement on the regular check-in time of 3.00. However, my room wasn't ready until almost 2.00pm This was disappointing as I had arranged to take a zoom call at 1.45 (at the early room entry time) and the delayed entry was inconvenient. Had I known I could have arranged to take the business call elsewhere. The Receptionist was helpful but the check-in experience overall was not good.
Access by car to the hotel is complicated by the fact that huge delivery lorries use the very limited and small access road for deliveries to local premises, including Waitrose. So I encountered more delays on my departure morning as my Glasgow Taxis cab couldn't get away from the hotel due to a huge lorry blocking the road, and I had an early train to catch. However, thanks to the really helpful and skilled cabbie, Glasgow Taxis saved the day and I caught my train!

Stylish and comfortable, friendly and professional staff, the location is ideal for any Glasgow visit. Central for that West End vibe and with easy access to the town centre via the Underground system. Recommended Also joy of joys the bathroom actually has a great shelf for toiletries.

Location only
The room was thick with dust and this wasnt isolated to my room so was my daughter's next door. Shower had black mold!
