Room, Breakfast & Location - all are great. Entrance and lobby may not be that impressive. But rest all are excellent. It was great to see a welcome message with my name in the TV of the room while I entered first in the room.

Breakfast good quality as you would expect from a hotel with this star rating.
Staff, in the Breakfast area could have been more communative with guests: ie explaining where breakfast items situated. Guests had to so this themselves.

Excellent location, decor, service.
I booked two Premium rooms for myself and my codirector several months ago as we were participating in the ATC Conference. At the time there was no group discount but I was happy to proceed at the high price of £290 per room per night, believing that we would be in supreme, large rooms given the high price tag. On arrival I was very disappointed to be in room 444 and my codirector was put in a larger room (431) we felt the rooms do not warrant the luxury price tag you would expect. Very comfortable rooms but not worth the high price.
