We arrives just ahead of a major storm that took out power to over 90,000 residents in Scotland, and the hotel ended up with now power on the second day of our visit. But the staff really pulled together and made it work for the guests! They could not been nicer!
The staff fell in love with our Labrador puppy, now he thinks he is a movie star!

The hotel was fabulous perfect location. Food amazing, the bar offered lovely cocktails and the spa was very good too.Defintley recommend a treatment. But to top it all was Niall the general manger and his team it was our honeymoon and they was so welcoming. Fabulous,we definitely return. Thank you to you all sharon and Andy.

Lovely surroundings & amenities.
Floor landing and room too hot.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The insight restaurant was lovely.
It was a little dated and tired looking. Grouting in showers need seeing to. The tv is not connected to Netflix etc. Normally wouldn’t bother but it was torrential rain so we were stuck in room. It was extremely hot in rooms and upper floor. Heating full on even though just beginning of September.
