The location is great.
We have stayed here numerous time and the hotel is beginning to feel very dated , the rooms have not been refreshed in a while

The grounds are lovely
The ground floor very nice. Bedrooms are good
The property no problem, apart from 2 members of female staff the attention to detail was poor. The quality of service I hate to say was not good. One male reception staff couldn’t look at me through checking out and complaining about the slow breakfast service. 50 mins before a waitress acknowledged they hadn’t taken our order , (I tried many times to get their attention)by which point I had to leave without a cooked breakfast. No apology, didn’t look up and after the day before lunch received brown lettuce in prawn cocktail. I wasn’t impressed I’m sad to say.
