Room was cold, tried using thermostat, needed to have to ask for help.

Location. Very easy walk into Marlow and along the Thames. The food in the Indian restaurant was amazing.
A little dated. Having to pay extra for parking.

Fabulous location right on the river. Great view from our room. Friendly staff when checking in.
Place is a little tired and could do with a deep clean. Mattress on bed needed renewing. Restaurant staff were very polite but needed more training.

The hotel is in a super location, right on the river with beautiful views. Staff were friendly and really helpful.
The hotel is very dated and tired which was a real shame.
Our room (a deluxe) was ok, but again quite tired and dated. The fridge was empty and we were only left 1 small bottle of water. There were no spare plugs in the room at all, so we had to unplug lamps to be able to charge phones/use hairdryer etc which was annoying.
