Great location - less than 10 mins walk from the train station.
Great facilities - the room had everything you could need with complementary sloe gin in the room. Fridge.
Breakfast service was a little disorganised on both days during our stay. Depending where you are located you can hear the bar downstairs. Security was a little relaxed. Mattresses were on the soft side which may suit some people.

Good location
We were disturbed by a lot of noise late into the night from other guests using the outdoor seating area.
The blinds didn't fully cover the windows, so there was still a lot of light coming in - the room never felt dark enough to let us get to sleep properly.
Very restricted choice for lactose-intolerant, we needed to provide our own non-dairy margarine because they didn't have any, even though we had noted dietary needs at time of booking.
