The food was wonderful and the service from Arran in the restaurant was magnificent! They are fantastic on the food allergy stuff! The location is divine - so much greenery and free space and only a short walk away to do some shopping and other cafes and restaurants.

Fabulous location great access, astounding building staff were absolutely amazing very well trained and incredibly personable. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable and I slept like I haven’t slept for a very long time. The bathroom was amazing and very well stocked and equipped
I had a big problem with the car park barrier not recognising my car. Wasn’t the end of the world, but if the barrier is supposed to be automated I shouldn’t have to keep pressing the buzzer and having to get out of my car to do so. I thought the carpet in the reception desperately needs to be replaced. It’s the first place where customers come in and it was notably worn and grubby. The room was fantastic a huge room but desperately too dark possibly because the boutique wallpaper which was in itself wonderful combined with the quite dark furniture requires either more bright lighting or a lighter room design. However, these are only minor suggestions from somebody who is a bit of a perfectionist I would not let any of this be a reason not to stay.
