The location
I suffer with claustrophobia..and found it very unusual for there to be no stiers from floor to floor..I had to call someone every time I wanted to gain entry to the building as I can not use lifts..the staff were really nice and understanding and helped each time by walking me to a outside fire to let me use the fire escape..but how you haven't got access to a stairwell inside the building is totally unexeptable
