Loved this hotel!! The staff were just amazing. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and included a fantastic hot and cold selection - we were so glad we booked it! The location was great - not an area we have stayed before but felt really safe and close to the underground. Also there were plenty of restaurants close by. The room was great, stayed in a junior suite (which we were upgraded to free of charge) which was perfect for us and the kids. All in all I can't say enough good things about it!
Nothing really - the only snag was that our room keys didn't work when we first checked in, but it was sorted after a couple of trips to reception. They gave us complimentary drinks to make up for it even though it was only a minor inconvenience- and they were very much appreciated!!

The staff were excellent helpful and friendly
Not particularly clean I had lipstick on the cups and long dark hairs in bathroom and inside towels that were stained - lots of dust too
