It was generally good especially the location .
My apartment on the fourth floor overlooked the next building and apartments so it was not convenient to leave the curtains drawn out all the time. The sofa was not cleaned and had hair on it. The pillows were too soft.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, with the tube station nearby, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The studio was comfortable, convenient, spacious, and we would happily stay there again if we have plans in this area in the future.
The only downsides were that drawers weren't properly cleaned and the bed made some unusual noises but it's not a big deal since everything else was great! Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The property was very clean, and the reception staff were excellent, welcoming.
We were disappointed with the bed and bedding provided during our stay. The mattress was far too soft, the bed frame was very loose and unstable, and the pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable.
We were also concerned by an incident during the night when we felt that someone had opened our room door. Both my husband and I woke up at the same time, which left us feeling uneasy and concerned about our safety and privacy.
Overall, these issues affected our comfort and peace of mind during our stay. We hope management will look into these concerns and take appropriate action to ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of future guests.
