I love the style of the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful
We had complementary drinks as it was my birthday but it didn’t include cocktails. We don’t drink wine so was a shame we couldn’t use them .

Great location
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Bar and reception staff were exceptional. Room was okay, clean which was the main thing. Breakfast was a disaster.
Breakfast - - no food, no plates, ran out of bread. Staff did not apologise, just said they would sort it and then never came back to update us.
5 / 10·Aug 2026
The location is good. The bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like the Reception staff as I am older and they spoke very very quietly and I spent the whole experience asking him to repeat every single thing they said. The Aircon in the room was substandard. They told me that was a high up as it could go, but it was less than a slight breeze. The tea in the room did not come with any milk.
