Great location on Thames in vibrant Canary Wharf with lovely views back to the city. Easy transport via Elizabeth line to Heathrow and central London. Right by Thames Clipper for transportation by boat and near light railway to get to the city airport. Good breakfast buffet. Gorgeous pool. Incredibly friendly staff.
There was no air conditioning and the windows don’t open, so we really couldn’t sleep since the room was so hot.

Location is excellent with an amazing view of the riverside. Room is wide and clean. Pool and gym are not in the main building but one can access with a card. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Prémices are a bit outdated but still keep the mark of excellence
Bed is not very confortable .
Breakfast is relatively expensive.

Great location, nice views. Staff were very polite. The spa usage next door was amazing
At check in it wasn’t flagged that all aircon was broken. We got back from a show and found this out, and we should have contacted for a fan. But given cost of the hotel accommodations should be made for a ‘not as advertised’ hotel
