It was extremely clean, nice staff and comfortable beds
Couldn’t connect Netflix or YouTube to the tv.

Perfectly located, big room, extremely clean and the best smell when entering the hotel. The scent in the air was incredible. Also the bed extremely comfy and bathroom spacey. All together perfect for our weekend in London.
Nothing, all good

The rooms and hotel was lovely can’t fault it
It was lovely one thing was the aircon could barely get it to work and in our room it seemed like it was blocked by a beam so it barely cooled the room down
