Very close to the Tube and grocery stores near by

The staff is excellent, especially the night desk associate Grigori , who actually late at night showed me exactly where to get pizza right before they closed as I was starving! He was wonderful!!
Sailor and Yan also very helpful and kind.
Was not near Heathrow express to use from airport and too late at nite for me to feel safe walking from tube to hotel.

Close to the tube station. Modern vibes. Nice staff (mostly).
Breakfast was very poor with options. Had to ask staff several times to repair something, because you cannot even pour a juice normally, you have to use this machine. It was insanely cold in the hotel that presents itself as very "green", yet they set the AC unnecessarily to 18 degrees. Slow elevators. No one cleaned our room during our stay. No towel hangers in the bathroom (I will never understand this in the hotels).
