Great place to travel from easy access to the tube
We weren’t given the room I expected, very very small, the receptionist gave us a bigger room,after all staying for 5 nights we needed more than a couple of clothes hangers.

Easy access to Canary Wharf. Room looked bright and nicely decorated.
On arrival room thermostat stuck at 25° and would not respond. Bathroom towel had somebody else’s makeup on it and plug missing from bathroom sink. Showerhead so lime scaled that only half working and door wouldn’t shut properly so water leaked onto bathroom floor. Reached for a tissue in the box only to find that the decorative one sticking out was the only one. Finally tried the TV but it was stuck on a black screen saying welcome to the Dorset hotel regardless of what was pressed so gave up. When going to address with the front desk there was nobody there so I sent an email which do this day has not been replied to.
