Location and the facilities. The staff in the restaurant were great.
The reception was unresponsive we tried to call them since ten minutes after checkin but nobody answered the again between 7:45 am and 9:15 am yet no answer. The excuse the reception provided was maybe the hand set was faulty but we had been calling from two different rooms

Comfortable pillows, clean and well-equipped bathroom, option to park in a private lot (though I didn’t use it), multiple access points.
Lack of a toiletry/amenity kit; a security deposit was requested but never returned. The location is also inconvenient, requiring the use of the DLR or the L3 underground line.
