With about 50 square meters of living space, this vacation apartment in Kühlungsborn offers plenty of comfort. It features two bedrooms, a large living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The beach is only about 50 meters away.
From the living area, you have direct access to the west-facing terrace, which is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the afternoon. Of course, the living area is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi, which you can use for free.
The built-in kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The large dining table seats 4 people.
The vacation rental features a comfortable double bed in the first bedroom and a large bunk bed in the second bedroom. You can store your clothes in the wardrobes. Curtains are provided on the windows for privacy.
The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete with a hair dryer. Parquet flooring was chosen for the living room, and carpet for the bedrooms.
You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bike storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
