The HaP/30 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Located in Kühlungsborn West, this apartment is just 50 meters from the fine sandy beach. An elevator takes you conveniently up to the 2nd floor. Here you’ll find an open living area with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. You’ll have approximately 52 square meters of living space at your disposal on the northwest side of the building. You can enjoy a side view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony.
Make yourself comfortable in the living area on the cozy couch or the two armchairs. A radio and a flat-screen TV are available for your entertainment. The large dining table in the living room seats
The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with 2 ceramichobs, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
You can relax in the bedroom on the large double bed. The closet and the two nightstands provide plenty of space for your clothes and other travel essentials. The second bedroom features two single beds and a dresser. Curtains and pleated blinds provide both light control and privacy.
Of course, the vacation rental also features a shower room/restroom with a window facing the lake. The living and wet areas have tile flooring. The living and sleeping areas have vinyl flooring.
You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bike storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.
