The HaP/04 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people and a dog.
Relax in this exclusive vacation apartment with approximately 55 m² of living space. It is one of the few apartments that features a 12 m² south-facing terrace with greenery. Here you can wind down the day in peace and quiet! On the first floor, you’ll also find a cozy living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The beach is only about 50 meters away.
The living and dining area is furnished in a colonial style and offers a cozy atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which has plenty of seating. A smart TV, a CD radio, Wi-Fi, and a small selection of games and books provide entertainment in the living area.
You can prepare meals for both small and large appetites in the kitchenette integrated into the living area. You’ll have access to 2 ceramic cooktops, an air fryer, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils. A mini oven lets you bake pizzas and rolls and brown the tops of smaller dishes.
Take a seat at the dining table. Here, you can comfortably dine with four people. A high chair is available free of charge in the apartment.
You can use the cozy bedrooms as a place to unwind. The large bedroom has a double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The wardrobe with two drawers offers ample storage space. There’s also a flat-screen TV available here.
The second bedroom is flooded with light thanks to the two floor-to-ceiling casement windows and offers two more people the chance to unwind after a long day. The room is furnished with a bunk bed for this purpose. Curtains are provided in both bedrooms to block out the light.
Of course, the vacation rental also features a spacious shower room with a toilet. The high-quality PVC flooring features an attractive wood-grain finish.
You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bike storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
