The apartment features a cozy living area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished balcony.
The comfortable sofa (120 x 200 cm) in the living room can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people in just a few simple steps. A flat-screen TV in the living room, a radio, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
The apartment’s kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Small appliances, such as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle, round out the kitchen amenities. The dining table seats 4 people.

It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
