The HaP/22 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Located in Kühlungsborn West, this apartment is just 50 meters from the fine sandy beach. An elevator takes you conveniently to the first floor. Here you’ll find an open living area with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. You’ll have approximately 50 square meters of living space on the east side of the building. You can enjoy a side view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony.
The living area features a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) and two armchairs. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV are available for your entertainment. There’s plenty of room for everyone at the dining table in the living area.
The open kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also included.
You can also relax in the bedroom on the large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The closet and the two nightstands provide space for your clothes and other travel essentials. A second flat-screen TV is available for your entertainment. Curtains are provided for privacy.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a built-in radio, leaves nothing to be desired. The living and wet areas feature tile flooring. Vinyl planks are installed in the living room and bedroom.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed.
The assigned underground parking space is located in the neighboring building “Meeresblick” (max. height 1.80 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).
You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bicycle storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
