The HaP/18 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people and one dog.
Pure relaxation awaits you in the apartment’s approximately 45 m² of living space. The cheerfully designed apartment is located on the first floor and was completely renovated and refurnished in the spring of 2023. You’ll find a spacious living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There’s also a south-facing balcony at your disposal. The fine sandy beach is only about 50 meters away.
The living and dining area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa and two armchairs. You’ll also find a dining table with matching chairs here. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and Wi-Fi (subject to availability), which is available to you free of charge in this vacation rental.
The living area also features a well-equipped kitchenette. With a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and, of course, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, your every need is taken care of.
The large bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) serves as a quiet retreat within the vacation rental. You can store your vacation wardrobe in the well-organized closet. High-quality curtains have been installed on the windows throughout the entire apartment to block out the light.
Of course, the vacation rental also features a spacious shower room/restroom with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right near the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
