This stylish and modern 2-room vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the west side of the building. On the terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon sun and a partial side view of the lake. Measuring 45 m², this ground-floor apartment features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette, offering plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The beach is about 50 meters away.
In the living area, a comfortable couch and a wicker armchair invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The gas fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided. The dining area is directly adjacent to the living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The vacation rental’s exclusive kitchenette is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with a toaster, a built-in oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—leaving nothing to be desired.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living area can be converted into a comfortable sleeping space for two additional people in just a few simple steps. Blinds and curtains are installed on the windows for privacy and to block out light (the bedroom window faces the atrium).
The vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious vanity offers plenty of room for your personal items. The kitchen and dining area, as well as the bathroom, are tiled, while the living room and bedroom feature high-quality designer flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
The Meeresblick building, which has an elevator and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your vacation rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.60 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring real plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles that are not sports models (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
