Vacation Apartment No. 45 in the Haus am Park vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.
This cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor and in the attic. With an area of approximately 55 m², it features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, a balcony (loggia), a converted attic with a reading nook, and two modern bathrooms. Wi-Fi is available free of charge (subject to availability). It’s just 50 meters to the fine sandy beach.
You’ll find a comfortable dining area with rocking chairs and a large solid-wood table. There’s also a comfortable sleeper sofa, a reading chair, and a flat-screen TV. From the covered, east-facing balcony (loggia), you can enjoy a partial lake view and an unobstructed view of the park across the way. A high chair is available for young guests.
From the living room, a wooden staircase leads up to the attic. Here, you’ll find a cozy reading nook furnished with a comfortable reading chair and a small selection of books. From the hinged skylight, you’ll have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn West. The attic is not intended for sleeping.
In the new kitchenette, you’ll find a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
The bedroom features a very high-quality box-spring bed with a full-length mattress. There is plenty of space for your clothes in a spacious built-in closet.
The vacation rental features a modern shower room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (low-entry), a hair dryer, and a sink. In the attic of the vacation rental, there is a second bathroom, which is fully furnished with a vanity, a toilet, and a bathtub (though its use is limited due to the sloped ceiling).
A coat rack is available in the entryway. Modern designer flooring has been installed throughout the entire vacation rental.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available to guests in the common areas in the basement for a fee.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right near the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
