This beachfront, family-friendly 3-room vacation rental with Wi-Fi is the ideal accommodation for 2 to 5 guests plus a toddler, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable family vacation in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.

The approximately 70-square-meter, allergy-friendly, non-smoking 3-room apartment stands out for its well-thought-out layout with 2 bedrooms and amenities for up to 5 guests plus a toddler.
The cozy living and dining area features a sofa nook, a modern flat-screen TV (satellite), and a separate dining area where you can all dine together.
The large open kitchenette offers plenty of space for cooking and is very well-equipped for self-catering.
A hallway leads to the two separate bedrooms. A double bed in one bedroom, as well as two single beds and a pull-out bed in the guest/children’s room, ensure restful nights. Both rooms also feature a large closet for your vacation wardrobe.
The apartment also features a modern shower room with a toilet.
Enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on both furnished balconies, one facing south and the other facing east.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed on the property that is open to everyone (with limited space). There, you can safely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional bookable services:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
