This comfortable apartment with its own sauna is located on the first floor and is modernly and luxuriously furnished for two guests.

This comfortable 60-square-meter 3-roomapartment on the first floor, spread over two levels, not only offers family-friendly amenities for two guests but also a beautiful sauna in the attic.
In the living area on the first level, a corner sofa invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.
The spacious, furnished southwest-facing balcony (7 m²), accessible from the living room, lets you enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation.
The adjacent open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator with freezer, and much more. A cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying dinner together.
The bedroom, which is also located on this floor, features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm / height 44 cm) with nightstands and a wardrobe.
Of course, there is also a modern bathroom with a shower, two sinks, and a wall-mounted toilet. A towel warmer is also available, ensuring your towels are nice and warm.
From the apartment hallway, a staircase leads to the attic, the second living level. At the top of the stairs, there is a stair gate.
Another highlight here is a private sauna, which you’re welcome to use for a fee.
Also located on this floor is the guest room with a comfortable single bed (90 x 200 cm, height 43 cm), which offers guests a separate sleeping area if needed. A small sitting area, a dresser providing practical storage space, and a TV in the room round out the amenities and ensure added comfort.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. The built-in roller shutters are perfect for blocking out the light. For our youngest guests, there is a high chair in the apartment available for free use. The property is fenced in. The sauna can be used at any time for a fee.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens [&] towels.
Additional towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens [&] towels for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
