This comfortable vacation rental in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen features modern furnishings and is ideal for an active vacation with your dog.

This family-friendly 3-room apartment on the 1st floor offers approximately 68 square meters of living space and is equipped to accommodate 4 guests.
The spacious, combined living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining nook. From the living area—complete with a SMART TV and internet/Wi-Fi—you can step out onto the east-facing balcony, where you can fully enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the guest/children’s room has a comfortable wall-mounted fold-down bed (140x200 cm). Both rooms also have a wardrobe for storing your clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a large towel warmer ensures cozy warmth.
A separate guest restroom is also part of the comfortable amenities in this vacation rental.

The building’s elevator takes you to any floor you wish. The apartment features 2 SMART TVs that can connect to the internet (in the living room and bedroom). For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use.

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved underground parking space in the building
Barbecues: permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (patio, balcony) provided other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (No grill provided)

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s Tax – The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
Optional services available for booking:

- Pet: 28.46 EUR per night
