This 2-bedroom vacation rental is ideal for a family vacation in Boltenhagen.
Amenities
This 3-room vacation rental on the 2nd floor (top floor) offers 62 square meters of living space and is designed to accommodate 4 people.
The living room features modern furnishings. You can relax comfortably on the cozy sofa set. A flat-screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment when needed.
From the living room, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony.
In addition, this apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a guest/children’s room with a bunk bed. Both rooms are also equipped with a closet. There is also space available to set up an additional travel crib.
The brightly tiled bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Special Features
This is a non-smoking apartment. If you prefer fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning, you can easily purchase them at the nearby bakeries (at Markant or from the mobile bakery).
There is no washing machine or dryer.
Wi-Fi: yes, free of charge
Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved outdoor parking space next to the house
Barbecues: permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building (patio, balcony) only if other residents are not disturbed and all fire safety measures are observed. (No grill provided)
Pets: No pets allowed
Bicycles
There is a lockable communal storage shed at the edge of the building’s parking lot (limited space). Bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15b in Boltenhagen. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
