Enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation with up to 4 guests—and a toddler if desired—in this family-friendly 3-room apartment on the 1st floor.
The living room features a cozy sofa area and a flat-screen TV (satellite). If needed, the couch can be pulled out to provide an additional sleeping space in case you’d like to sleep separately (sleeping area: 117x200 cm).
The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, stove, and oven. It also features an inviting dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm / height 57 cm) and a closet; the guest/children’s room features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm / height 57 cm) and a closet as well. All beds have adjustable slatted frames.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The window provides pleasant natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering. The towel warmer in the bathroom provides additional cozy warmth.
You can access the furnished southwest-facing balcony (with an awning) from both the living area and the kitchen.
Special Features
For our younger guests, this beachfront, non-smoking apartment provides a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress free of charge. External shutters provide excellent shade for the rooms, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is also a washing machine in the apartment’s utility room for your use. Feel free to use the safe in the apartment as well. Behind the house, on the fenced-in property, there is a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed next to the house (for both the first floor and upper floor; limited space). Here, you can safely store bikes [&] and other items.

A handcart is available for your use free of charge.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Information about the bicycles [&] Handcart

Dear guests, please understand that we assume no liability for the handcart provided, nor can we cover the costs of any necessary repairs or costs associated with renting replacement equipment if the items are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
