The Malaga 03 vacation rental is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Up to 4 people can enjoy a beachfront Baltic Sea vacation in the modern Malaga 03 vacation rental. It measures approximately 60 m². You’ll enjoy the open-concept living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and an integrated sauna (for a fee), and the south-facing terrace. The beach is about 250 m away.
In the cozy living room, the sleeper sofa is perfect for relaxing TV nights. For your entertainment, there’s a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a CD player, and a radio. You can use Wi-Fi (subject to availability) here free of charge. From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace, where you’ll find patio furniture and a beach umbrella during the season.
Thanks to the well-equipped kitchenette, you’re welcome to prepare your favorite meals even while on vacation. The modern built-in kitchen features a microwave, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as plenty of dishes and glasses, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Simply serve your meals in the dining area next to the kitchenette and enjoy your vacation together.
In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm). The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.
The bright shower room, which also houses the sauna (for a fee via a coin-operated meter), is spacious and features a walk-in shower. The spacious vanity offers plenty of room for your toiletries. If you’d like to do laundry while on vacation, a washing machine and dryer are available right in the bathroom for a small fee via a coin-operated meter.
A note about the flooring: The bedroom has laminate flooring. All other living areas are tiled.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The Malaga vacation complex is centrally located on Kastanienallee and is only about 250 m from the beach. Right in front of the house, you’ll find a parking space and a bike shed.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Are you looking for a place to vacation? Then our Malaga vacation complex is your ideal vacation spot. You’re only about 450 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the wooden boardwalk. There are good shopping options in the immediate vicinity, and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away. One of the vacation apartments even has a sauna (for a fee).
Free parking spaces are available in front of the building. Each vacation apartment has a separate shed for bicycles.
Vacation apartments in the Malaga Boltenhagen complex
Built in 2007, the Malaga vacation complex offers plenty of space for four to six people with a total of eight spacious units. Three of the apartments, with two or three rooms, are located on the first floor of the complex and offer relaxing hours in the sun as well as fresh Baltic Sea air on their own terraces. The fourth and largest of the apartments spans the top two floors of the complex and features a spacious furnished balcony.
All vacation apartments at the Malaga resort on Kastanienallee have Wi-Fi; pets are allowed in some units, and a travel crib and high chair are already provided for families with infants. Each apartment is individually and tastefully furnished.

Die Erdgeschoß Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig, das merkt man dann, wenn es den Mietern im ersten Stock egal ist und man meint die Decke kommt runter.
