The vacation home in Boltenhagen has 4 rooms and offers 5 guests + 1 toddler plenty of space in its 80 square meters of living space spread over 2 levels.
On the first floor, a cozy living area with satellite TV and a DVD player invites you to relax. From here, you can also access the furnished northeast-facing terrace. The well-maintained adjacent property is almost entirely fenced in; only a small opening to the neighboring property has been left.
The modern kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, such as a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and glasses and dishes. The cozy dining area provides plenty of space for all guests to enjoy meals together.
One of the three bedrooms is also located on the first floor; it is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A travel crib could also be set up in this bedroom.
Additionally, this level features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The window also provides plenty of natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering.
Various useful items, such as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board/iron, and high chair, are stored in the separate utility room on the first floor.
A staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one is furnished with a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm), a dresser, and its own satellite TV, while the other features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet.
On this floor, you’ll find a second modern bathroom, which is also equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and window.
A separate laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and dryer is also located on this floor.
Special Features
Families can relax in this smoke-free home. The washing machine and dryer are available for use free of charge. We also provide a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair free of charge for our youngest guests. The property is partially fenced—partly with a fence, partly with a hedge (but not completely).

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
