Such a special property. A small hideaway with only a few cabins/tents and the most beautiful view of the rice terraces and sa pa. My husband especially loved the honey pancakes during breakfast.
Busy place with external people who come for pictures at the 360° bar, but despite this fact, it was extraordinary.

Very nice area in a quieter part of Hanoi. Wonderful staff and very well presented. Pool area is great. Room very well equipped although small. Not a very nice outlook but guess we’d have had better with a more expensive room.
Nothing not to like although breakfast options a little weak

Impressive reception and bar area, nice bedroom and bathroom. Impressive pool and bar area on 8th floor. Good location with lots of places to eat at all sorts of budget levels nearby. Very friendly reception staff, not so friendly 8th floor bar/pool area staff.
View from room window was into an internal service area of some sort. I kept the curtains closed. Restaurant area on level B1 was okay for breakfast but soulless for evening dinner. I did eat dinner there one evening and the food was great, but there was just me and two other guys in there, on a Saturday night!

Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable
Breakfast buffet is excellent
Lokated in a quiet street and good area, close to the lake
Staff was not well trained. Every question we had was answered with „I need to ask my Manager“. However the Manager obviously never answered and therefore no one came ever back to us with any Info.
As in every 5 star hotel we were provided with synthetic inexpensive slippers. Usually they are thrown away after they are used and took them with us. Upon departure our lagguage was stored in the car as our driver was already there. After paying my invoice and already outside in front of the car, the receptionist and a colleague followed us to the car asking if we had taken the slippers out of the room and requested to give them back. My question to why as they were used was answered that they will be reused. The idea especially for a 5 Star hotel is revolting. Felt like criminals when having to open our bags to hand out the slippers on open street in front of (by than) 3 staff members and our driver.
Given the price we paid, the attitude as well as hotel policy are more than questionable.
