We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were delightful, Chun in particular was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooftop pool was very refreshing after a day of exploring Hanoi. The rooms were modern, spacious, cool, comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent too.

Good location handy to Train Street, Eat Street
Relatively quiet street (quieter than the hotel we stayed at in the Old Quarter)
Good soundproofing on the windows meant that our room at the front was quiet at night ( no earplugs required!)
Family room was spacious with a lounge area for sitting.
Breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam! Lots of variety, yummy dumplings, and cooked a-la-carte meals included if you wanted them.
Nice little coffee shop directly across the road - friendly and great coffee and cheesecake!
There is a minimart just down the street for drinks and snacks.
Not too many places to eat directly in the street. Spice Villa across the road is nice but pricey. But it’s not too far to walk to Train Street and Eat Street (not sure what it’s called!).
Apart from that not much we didn’t like.
